Tasting: Natural wine with no added sulphur. Chalk, wet stones, stone fruit and nuts on the nose of this exceptionally interesting wine. The flor character is more evident on the palate, with a subtle hazelnut character, green apple, nashi pear, chamomile flowers and hay.
