Tasting: Blending Albarino brandy with a handpicked assortment of coffee beans from Brazil, Africa, and Colombia, Licor Café Martín Códax is a Spanish liqueur with a distinct flavor profile. 

The distillation procedure begins with a careful maceration of Albarino brandy with a variety of coffees. As a result, the drink is a stunning chocolate brown in color. Its dark yet vibrant color entices the eye just as much as its delectable flavors do the tongue.

This aguardiente makes a bold, aromatic statement the first time you smell it. The lingering scent of freshly roasted coffee beans is the most prominent feature, serving as an exciting prelude to the actual tasting experience.

Tasting: Xosé Lois Sebio’s Viño de Encostas project focuses on fruit from old vines in vineyards that are farmed organically and biodynamically, often outside of traditional growing areas. The grapes for this wine come from an old hillside plot on top of an abandoned tungsten mine. Quintessentially Albariño, but with a little more breadth and texture, expressive toasted lemon, delicately ripe white apricot, driving acidity and a delicious saline finish.

Tasting: This lovely Albariño has a greenish-yellow color with golden reflections.
On the nose, there are aromas of stone fruits like peach or apricot, along with hints of tropical fruits. Additionally, there are elegant toasted and balsamic notes.
On the palate, the wine is creamy with volume in the mouth, which is contributed by aging on lees. The wine has a balanced acidity and a prolonged finish with a reminder of stone fruits.
