Tasting: This cava leads with a smooth, silk like mouth feel of tremendous luxuriousness. Freshly baked brioche aromas give way to a palate of cooked apple, warm sourdough bread, toasted citrus and yet it still retains exceptional freshness.

Tasting: An extremely complex and luxurious cava. The mousse is soft, delicate and intense, flavours of cream, brioche, golden ripe apples, Autumn citrus and voluptuous texture.
Tasting: The nose is fine, complex and expressive and in the palate the mousse is very persistent, and the finish shows elegant notes of aging on its lees. White fruit, green apple and citrus abound.
