Nose a bit closed, showing a fine yeasty character (breadcrumbs) as well as some ripe apple. Though on first instance a bit neutral, the palate shows a fine, mouth filling mousse without aggression, a smooth texture altogether, again ripe apple and a bit of lemon, medium but balanced acidity. The finish is surprisingly long and well-defined.

Clear notes of apricot (dried apricots), ripe fruits (peach and grapefruit), pastries and vanilla. On the nose, order, fineness and elegance. Freshness, volume in the mouth and creaminess, with hints of apple, almonds and fennel, very pleasant and persistent. In the mouth it does not end, enjoy it, it has a very long aftertaste due to the fineness of its bubbles.
Tasting: Exceptionally complex and layered cava, notes of waxy lemon and fresh cooked brioche on the nose with a fine palate of delicate carbonation, floral elements on the palate complement white apricot, citrus and bitter almonds with toasted bread.
