Tasting: 60-year-old vines. Mantonegro Cabellis was a variety of Mantonegro that was used in the mid-20th century, because of its high productivity and sugar concentration. This beautiful example shows a dry white wine with a lot of texture. White and yellow fruit, flowers and minerality.
