Tasting Notes- Deep cherry red color with a violet edge. This is a wine with a strong structure and marked freshness that most people will like. The taste of the wine is elegant with a gentle tannin and a pleasant aftertaste. The scent is complex and intense with aromas such as ripe fruits, dark fruit juices, tobacco and leather.
Aging:- Bardos Romantica undergoes a malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, with a weekly beating and strict control of each barrel. Finally, Bardos Romantica is aged for 14 months in barrels of one and two years in French oak, located in underground cellars

The ‘young’ wine in the range from Bodegas Matsu, even though it has no barrel aging it is a powerful and intense wine, notes of dark fruit, blackberries, liquorice, complexity and spice.
