Tasting: This blend of Chardonnay and Petit Manseng is made in the high plateau of Manchuela, 1050m above sea level where snow coats the vineyards in winter. A fuller bodied style with white apple flesh, pear and nuts, the winemaking imparts a little oxidative character, it is low in added sulphur and certified vegan.
Tasting: This super delicious natural wine is one for the Sherry lovers and the adventurous! Produced organically, this table wine from Sherry country shows citrus, chamomile, cooked apple and lip smacking salinity, with a little bit of grip due to a small amount of time on skins.
Tasting: Organically grown and no sulphites added. The winery is based in Toledo but Recuero’s Antier project focuses on fruit from the Sierra de Gata in Extremadura. Made with minimal intervention in the winery, it is a traditional wine of the area, being a blend of multiple vintages. A very aromatic nose of white flowers and citrus gives way to textural palate of nashi pear, gooseberry, and garrigue herbs.

Tasting: From vineyards just 5kms from the Mediterranean, the effect of the sea on viticulture in this part of Catalunya is unmistakable. Breezy, concentrated fruit, kiwi, lime and apple. It has body and texture, but with a good line of acidity to keep it fresh and alive.
Tasting: An exciting and different wine made from an old heritage variety, Pardillo, that is almost extinct. A fleshy mid-weight palate shows carraway, quince, almond and fresh cut herbs. Low in added sulfites and grown organically.
Tasting: Bright and bursting with character, this 100% Garnacha Blanca from Rioja Alavesa opens with a bold nose of crab-apple, quince and lime, before the silky, creamy palate delivers crunchy lemon skin, myrtle, greengage and saline freshness.

Tasting: From the stable of Ismael Gozalo, ‘El Brujo de Verdejo’ – The Wizard of Verdejo – he makes a variety of expressions from 150-year-old vines on their original rootstocks. Correcaminos is a swirl of zesty lemonade, tangerine, and lime zest wrapped around a core of sea spray, lemon juice and minerals. Un-fined, un-filtered and no added sulphites.
Tasting: From 100-year-old vines farmed biodynamically. Prolonged skin contact and aging under flor have produced a powerful wine full of character, dried orange peel, crystallized ginger, molasses, baking spices are all wrapped around a core of amontillado like oxidative notes. Un-fined and un-filtered with no added sulphites.

Tasting: This barrel fermented example of Godello drives forward with powerful concentration yet shows remarkable restraint and elegance simultaneously. Ripe nectarine, golden apricot, cooked lime and buttery oak notes swirl around a core of firm acidity, and a lick of wet stones.

Aging: Fermented in barrel and then aged for six months on lees in the same barrels
Tasting: Voluptuous Albariño with a dash of Treixadura. Coming from further inland than Albariños traditional heartland in Rías Baixas, this expression shows higher levels of ripeness and body, notes of ripe peach, nectarine, and honeydew melon with a touch of baking spices and refreshing minerality to balance against the fruit.
