Victoria Ordóñez
Victoria admits that she owes everything to the Austrian oenologist Alois Kracher, with whom she worked side by side making Málaga wines until his death in 2007. It was at this point that her career took a fresh turn as she decided to focus exclusively on what had become her passion – the world of wine.
In 2015, she decided to implement her own recovery project for the most iconic native variety in the history of the wines of Málaga: the Pedro Ximenez grape from the Natural Park of the Mountains of Málaga , and to do this in an ecological and sustainable way. Her son Guillermo Martín Ordóñez, an agronomist, works with her in this business venture. He brings a technical viewpoint and contributes his personal vision and creativity to the winery’s different elaborations.
