Tasting: Orange colour, medium bodied with skin contact. Low in added sulphur. A nose of subtle sage, dry citrus skin, fresh pears, scrub herbs, subtle spice and a note of marzipan. Low in added sulphur. Nice textured natural white with a savoury finish.

Le Vella 2021

Tasting: Merseguera is a grape variety indigenous to the southeast of Spain, and brothers Gabriel and Alberto Sanchís have dedicated their project to working with these varieties, as their grandfather Leandro once did. La Vella shows ample white peach, melon and creamy nutty notes. A touch of herbs and lovely soft, rounded acidity to finish things up.

This Xarel.lo provides an exceptionally wine with notes of honey, white fruit and herbs on the nose. Palate shows dried apricot, baking spices, cooked apple flesh and garrigue herbs. A very well made wine that will delight skin contact wine lovers.

Páramos de Nicasia 2019 

Tasting: Electric freshness. Nose shows quinine, greengage and gooseberry. Rich and textural palate. Nice weight but fresh acidity. Kaffir lime skin, apple dipped in rock salt, reminisces of green olives and fennel seeds. Brilliant wine.
