Tasting: Medium-to-deep-intensity amber color. This wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of buttered toast, bread dough, toasted brioche bun, rancio, toasted cashew nuts and roasted almond skin.

On the palate this dry, full-bodied Palo Cortado Sherry has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose coupled with a toasty, medium-plus finish.
